Sheet stamping and forming technology Components for your electronics

With our stamping and forming technology, we realise components for your electronic applications. The process combines great individuality with high cost-effectiveness. This makes it the ideal solution for

  • lightweight housings, also as customised versions
  • front panels
  • technical parts in small and large quantities

The stamping and forming process offers a number of advantages:

  • customised design
  • lightweight construction

  • flexible and efficient
  • low tool costs

PRODUCT FLYER

FLEXIBILITY

The combination of punching and forming creates a multi-dimensional production process with which we can realise practically any component shape.

LIGHT

The sheet metal used makes the component lightweight. The precise moulding also eliminates everything that is not necessary.

ECONOMICAL

Punching enables the optimum use of materials. Cost efficiency is therefore guaranteed. In both large and small quantities.

Stamping, forming, pressing

Typical materials are sheet steel, galvanised sheet steel, aluminium and stainless steel. After punching, we bend the housings into their shape and, if required, provide them with additional features:

Housing

  • press-fit elements, for example bolts or bushes
  • Surface anodised, painted, chromated or powder-coated

Front panels

  • customised printing including film production
  • Laser engraving

Technical parts

  • optionally stamped, nibbled, lasered, bevelled
  • Surface finish and protection with removable single-component paint
